We will try our best to remove as many negative reviews as possible. However, it is not possible to eliminate every negative review. A request can be made to the webmaster to remove the negative information, but this is definitely not possible in every situation. What we could do is publish positive contents so that the negative reviews are pushed beyond the 1st page of google.
