CAN I HAVE A "SPLASH PAGE" OR "ENTRY PAGE" BEFORE THE HOME PAGE ?

We strongly do not recommend Splash Pages as it hinders the Search Engine Optimization process. Content of home page is very important. Search engines calculate how deep each page is from the home page, the deeper the pages are the lower the rank is. By having Splash or Entry page, basically you are pushing every single page on the website one level deep for absolutely no valid business reason. However if you really want to have, it can be done.
