All Renewals of web hosting contracts will be refunded if Site Solutions is notified within the first 10 days following the renewal date. No refunds will be granted for notifications received after this date.
Additional products such as disk space, POP accounts, e-mail forwarding, and autoresponders are refundable if, within the first 10 days following account renewal, either of the following conditions exists:
The hosting account is cancelled.
You cancel any additional products (disk space, POP accounts, e-mail forwarding, and autoresponders) under the hosting account.
It is important for users to contact Site Solutions at least 5 to 10 days before the renewal date to request non-renewal, cancellation, make any contract length changes, and upgrades/downgrades, etc. This will avoid double work for the renewal billing department and less confusion for you. Please note that contract length changes cannot be processed after the renewal date has passed.
If you know in advance you do not want to renew, you can e-mail Sales anytime and the cancellation department can queue the account for deletion on the renewal date. All cancellations must be received in writing as per the deadlines indicated; regular mail, e-mail and fax notifications are acceptable. Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation. No refund is possible in case the account is cancelled by IIWhosting.com due to voilation of Acceptable User Policies and laws of the land.
